RETURN POLICY
BLK-OUT Revival aims to deliver high quality BLK-OUT products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. All purchases are under a 60-day warranty. If an item hasn't met your expectations, BLK-OUT will assess a return request via email within 60 days from purchase.
All sale items are Final Sale and therefore not returnable/exchangeable.

From there a Customer Care representative will contact you discuss the request and issue a return if required.
If an item can be repaired we will inform you via email and ship the repaired product back out to you via Express post – 3 day business day delivery.
If the product is to be refunded we will process the refund to the payment information you supplied to purchase your order. If a product is to be exchanged the replacement item will be sent upon return of the original item. Tracking information will be emailed once the product has been dispatched. There are no exchanges or returns for orders placed after 30 days of purchase. Please note Custom Orders are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or there is a quality issue.
Conditions

Are free of defects and faults
We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Refunds and returns for reasons other than the above, must be returned within 14 days of purchase at no return cost to you. We do not accept returns for sale items.
If goods are to be returned they must be in as new condition with packaging and tags still attached. When returning goods contact for instructions on correct return procedures.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged from wear are not considered faulty.
Where possible we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colors, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items that sit outside the above Returns Policy, please email hello@blk-out.com with a subject line – FAULTY.
Receiving A Refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account.
Important Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the differentiations of black dye, black color and retention of dye on various materials on our website. Should your item fall under the descriptors listed on our “Dye” page www.blk-out.com/dye the item will not be eligible or repair, return or refund.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit
